That’s why BeHeard-BeHealed, in partnership with Peer Power, created the WRAP Bridge to 2026: Reflect • Refresh • Renew • Reconnect — a calm, supportive 4-week experience designed for anyone who has attended a WRAP Seminar I, II, or III and want to revisit, refresh, or reconnect with their personal Wellness Recovery Action Plan before stepping into the new year.
This is your invitation to breathe, realign, and renew your commitment to wellness in community with others who understand the power of WRAP.

Week 1 — Reflect & Reset

Revisit the foundations of our WRAP that help us stay grounded every day—our daily plan, our wellness tools, and the action plans for stressors or triggers - renewed awareness brings impactful benefits.
Week 2 — Refresh & Strengthen
Daily Plan Review • Early Warning Signs • When Things Are Breaking Down • Action Planning
Refresh & strengthen your awareness of early shifts in wellness, consider what helps when things start to challenge you. We will deepen our action plans to stay grounded during challenges & refresh the tools & supports that keep us steady.
Week 3 — Renew & Prepare
EWS & WTABD Review • Crisis Planning Foundations • Supportive Structure
Renew your clarity as we explore supportive elements of crisis planning—your signs, your preferences, and what helps others understand how to support you safely and respectfully.
Week 4 — Reconnect & Realign
Crisis Plan Completion • Post-Crisis Planning • Transitioning into 2026 • Celebrate!!!
As we step into 2026, together we’ll complete any remaining sections of the crisis plan, reflect on the post-crisis stage, and realign our intentions for the new year. We’ll close by celebrating your insights, growth, and the renewed sense of direction you’re carrying forward.
