A Supportive Space to Continue to Keep Your Personal WRAP® Alive!

This program is not a substitute for official WRAP® Seminars I, II, or III

and does not provide WRAP® certification or qualify as a WRAP® Refresher for Facilitators.

As 2025 came to a close, I felt a great need to pause… reflect… and restore my own personal wellness foundations. The holiday season made me feel rushed & overwhelmed — and yet our minds, bodies, and spirits often crave the opposite: quiet, grounding, connection, and clarity.

That’s why BeHeard-BeHealed created the Bridge to Wellness: Reflect • Refresh • Renew • Reconnect — a calm, supportive monthly community collaborative designed for anyone who has attended a WRAP® Seminar I, II, or III and wants to revisit, refresh, or reconnect with their personal Wellness Recovery Action Plan® while continuing the meaningful work of wellness.

This is your invitation to breathe, realign, and renew your commitment to wellness in community with others who understand the power of WRAP®.

Please note: This is not a support group, but a structured space to keep your WRAP reflective, refreshed, renewed, and reconnected. If you are looking for more individualized support, please email us.
